Prayer Requests:
We learned a new game
this game teaches:
-number recognition
-learning terms like
bigger/higher than
smaller/lower than
-learning impulse control
-taking turns
and they LOVE it!!!
I put out bowls
with numbers 1-12 written on the outside
I put them in numerical order
I ask the children to close their eyes and NO peaking!
I hid a bean bag under 1 bowl.
The children then have to guess
which bowl the bean bag is under.
The children say the number( like today the first number someone said was 1)
and then I lift up the bowl and say
The bean bag is under a bowl with a number BIGGER/
higher than 1
This is the impulse control part
so so hard to not peak!!
I continue giving clues
until the bean bag mystery is solved
After While, Crocodile
was our good bye rhyme
