Today is CHAPEL
so no Jesus Time
But I wanted us to
sing our BIBLE song!
SECOND STEPS:
Today we learned about how to ask for things
using a polite and strong/clear voice
Rosetta and Louis
(our puppets)
acted out a scenario
Rosetta wanted to finish her painting
but she didn't have anymore green paint.
She was sad about it.
Louis asked her what was wrong and when she
told him he suggested she go ask the teacher.
Rosetta was nervous.
Louis gave her words to say and reminded her what we learned
last week about repeating thing we want to remember.
They practiced what to say together.
Rosetta practiced saying it so she
would remember when she talked to the teacher!
"Mrs Koenen, I would like to finish my painting,
but ran out of green paint. Could you please get me some more?"
And it worked!
Mrs Koenen was happy to help Rosetta, especially since she used a
polite and strong/clear voice
OUTSIDE TIME
CHAPEL
Mr Nelson, is a seminarian
student doing his vicarage at Chapel of the Cross
He led Chapel today
We talked about how a long time
ago after Noah and the flood the people
started to forget about God again!
They thought they were ALL
greater than God
They built a big
tower! They thought they could build the tower
BIG enough to get to Heaven. The people thought they
didn't need to
follow God.
God was not happy about that
so he made it so the people could
not speak to each other anymore. He made
it so they all spoke different languages.
They were not able to finish the tower!
God promised:
I will send someone
to save everyone from sin
He sent HIS son
JESUS!!
Jesus is the only way to Heaven
Carson was offering helper
A little more of this story

words that rhyme!!
Nora was weather helper
She wanted to chose
windy and sunny, which I agree is accurate

choice. She went with
windy(because it is on a pink card)
