We sang
Read Read Read
the Bible.......
song
we retold parts of
the bible story we have been
learning this week
The Tower of BABEL
The children did a great job
remembering what we have learned
I reminded them about the part
when the people forgot about
God and thought they were better than
everyone!
So God mixed up their languages and
the people spread all over.
God then promised He would send
someone to save us from sin.
He sent his son
JESUS!
JESUS is the way to heaven
Unfortunately
the cross isn't showing up
very well in this picture
BUT I told the children that during
center time we would color this cross
and then add our pictures to it.
The cross is a reminded that Jesus
died on the cross to save each of us from sin.
Through JESUS we can get to
heaven.
Carson suggested we color it rainbow and hang it on the front of
school for everyone to see!
I love that idea.
I then reminded the children about the story from last
week, when God put the rainbow in the sky to
remind us He always keeps His promises!
