After we colored our palm 

we cut them out...

everyone did SO much hard work

today!

It has LOTS of animals and

magnetic face pieces....

you can match the facial

features to the correct animals

or be silly with it!

Addie's mom came to school today to

help create our animal costumes..

Luke was our

attendance helpers

EVERYONE came to school today

Colton was our

invocation leader and

devotion helper......

I think this is his new favorite job!

We watched a super short 

Jesus time video

about Jesus riding into Jerusalem 

Then we acted out the story

Colton was the donkey

Carson and Hazel were 2 of Jesus

disciples

Claire was Jesus

Jesus said to his disciples

Go into town

and there you will find a donkey

bring it to me

So the disciples walked onto town

found the donkey

and brought it to Jesus

Claire(JESUS) rode the donkey into

town where ALL the people were SO excited

and waving Palm Branches

and Praising JESUS

The rest of the class waved the palm branches

 we made during Morning Work

The people shouted

Hosanna! Glory to God

on the Highest!

The rulers of Jerusalem were NOT

happy and began to make

a plan against Jesus!!

Story Time

Roman was our librarian

He got to chose our story

for today and then put the book away after

we read it.

The children LOVED

all the rhymes!

Addie brought in this BIG box which we decided

would become a polar bear cave

for our Arctic Area of our Zoo

Many friends painting

Plus someone suggested we make snowflakes 

to put around the arctic area....

so we painted sticks 

I asked everyone to take part

in one of the 2 projects before going

off to chose centers......

New materials to build ramps

Bria's mom texted me this for a 

good bye rhyme and Winston was SO

excited and said this is the same rhyme

his mom told him !!

I will make a card for it and add it to our

good bye rhyme container

So many friends are excited to try

to make new rhymes for us!!
