A DAY IN THE LIFE OF PRESCHOOL

Sometimes you have to be ready
to have a little change......

THESE KIDDOS DID GREAT!!!

Mrs Cooper, the other 1/2 day
preschool teacher, was sick today!
 Mrs Washburn, her assistant, was
needed in another
classroom SO since Mrs Cooper's class
knows Mrs Koenen and I so well we
combined classrooms!!!

I am SO proud at how well everyone did!!!

MORNING WORK

tables until everyone arrives

roll a die and then put that many decorations on
the egg

Oliver was enjoying these cubes

with play doh

After everyone arrives we
come to our blue carpet for
Morning Meeting

Again Mrs Coopers class had no problems
following our class routine.....

We begin with attendance

Luke was our helper...
In my class we had 3 friends NOT at school
and 6 friends here

But then we counted how many
we have ALL together
and Mrs Cooper's class had
8 friends AT school today

SO today we had 14 friends!!

Teddy led us with the
invocation

Then with our Lenten Devotion

We watched a super short Jesus
Time Video about when Jesus
healed the 10 lepers

We concentrated on remembering to
say THANK YOU

WE then acted the Jesus Time story

Several friends volunteered to be
one of the 10 lepers.... out

we wrapped our
"boo-boo's" with bandages......

everyone got to chose where their
"boo-boo's " were

Then the lepers had to live outside
of town.... they were not allowed to live
with their families

Jesus( Luke) was walking one day....
The 10 Lepers saw Jesus and called out
to him...... JESUS PLEASE HEAL US!

Jesus did and told the people...
Take off your bandages and show
yourselves to the priest

The 10 lepers were so excited they were
healed they forgot to say
Thank You

ALL but one person

This one person remembered to come back
and bowed down and thanked
JESUS

Jesus was very appreciative this one person
remembered to say THANK YOU
He said
Go... your faith as healed you

We practiced our song
for singing tomorrow

They are doing a
great job with our
song and
are ready for tomorrow

We played in the commons

LOTS OF RUNNING

SCOOTERS

Hanging out chatting

PLAYING LONDON BRIDGES

Then we played
Cross my Mountain

The person who is IT says...
YOU MAY CROSS MY MOUNTAIN
IF YOU HAVE ON....
GREEN
then all the kids with green runs across
the "mountain"
then those who are left try to cross by the person
who is IT... if they get tagged then they are
"it" next....

After the commons we came back
to the classroom
for story time
