Morning meeting
and
class pledge

Hazel was attendance

2 friends NOT here
10 friends HERE

Colton was our
invocation leader

And devotion leader

We reviewed the
story of the
10 lepers

we talked about how most
of the 10 men that Jesus healed
forgot to come back
and thank Jesus for healing them

We worked on our THANK YOU
part of our prayer

Then we used this medical
tape to act out our story

The children wrapped themselves
to cover their "sores" like
happened back in Jesus' day

they all chose different way to wrap
their "sores"

SO most of the children plus Mrs Koenen
were the 10 lepers who were NOT
allowed to live with their families

When they saw Jesus( Lincoln)
walk through their town

They asked for Jesus
to heal therm

Jesus did heal them and said
Take off your bandages and show
yourselves to the priests

Everyone was so excited they
were healed
and ALL ran off
except for one man

This one person came back
knelt at Jesus' feet and thanked him!!

We talked more about how it is important
to show how thankful we are for all the amazing
things GOD does for us everyday

THEN
we watched a few YOUTUBE videos about
what it is like to be a zoo keeper

Yesterday one friend wanted to make a
BUTTERFLY HOUSE section
of our zoo.... so today
we talked about what sections of the zoo
we should create and what
areas of our classroom could we should use...

These are some of the thoughts  so far....
