and each "arm" of the clock

in that section

Lenten Devotion

I told the class that on THURSDAY
we get to led chapel

I told them Mrs Coopers class is going to help us....
BUT I wanted to show them something special
before Mrs Coopers class came over
and it is something I am going to use during chapel

For chapel we are going to talk about the TRINITY

What a tough words to learn and
understand......

I told them we have a loving and gracious GOD
We have ONE God with 3 distinct persons..

GOD, the Father
GOD, the son
GOD, the Holy Spirit

3 distinct person but only ONE GOD!

And I have this VERY special CROSS

It is ONE cross

With 3 distinct
parts

I put the cross back together
and said ONE cross...
like ONE GOD
with 3 distinct person each with a special role
and each 100% GOD

God, the Father, who created us
God, the son, who died for us
God, the Holy Spirit, who comforts us

Mrs Cooper's class came
over and we practiced leading
invocation

and a song....

OUTSIDE TIME

STORY TIME

Our LIBRARIAN has a new part
of the job.........
On Sunday I went to the library and got tons
of books about ZOOS and ZOO ANIMALS
and put them on our shelf. I thought a great way
to be able to read them all is
to have our LIBRARIAN chose the story I read
after we come in from outside.

SO far, it has been a BIG hit.

Addie was Librarian

Isaac was weather helper

WINDY

Oliver was prayer leader

Charleigh snack manager

SNACK

Carson was teacher
assistant

Then we brainstormed ideas of what we
KNOW about zoos and zoo animals

and we want to know......

I brought in some
ZOO stuffed animals and boxes

and a few friends began making
cages.....

Oliver was just
cuddling with the zoo  animals

Addie and Hazel using
 the writing center

RAMPS

AND MORE RAMPS

A few friends practicing our
song for Thursday

Teddy working on
a cage for one of the stuffed zoo animals

Charleigh putting
a few animals in the cage
she made

Lincoln using the JACKS
Charleigh moved her zoo animal and cages
over to the lego table
to have room to "play"

Adding more bars to the
giraffe cage

Nora working on the cage
for the fox

PLAY DOH

Charleigh said she
was FIXING the bear
he has LOTS of bandages

decorating the outside of
the cage

taping the "bars"together

Then Nora decided the cage
needed to be on stilts....
so worked on finding
four "stilts" that were the
same size

Addie wanted to also do the same.....

we moved it over to
the lego table SO we could
start cleaning up

NICE WORK

Winston was the
superintendent

Hazel was the exercise leader

running in place

PRAYER LEADER

Give me a hug, bug!
