The story of Mary

washing Jesus' feet

with perfume

The children ALL thought 

that sounded funny

One of Jesus' disciples

didn't understand why Mary would 

do this either

But Jesus said

This is right for Mary to do this.....

I will not always be with you...

I explain to the children that this was Mary

showing her love for Jesus

Jesus wants us to do nice

things for the people we love too

OUTSIDE TIME

a little wet BUT warm(ish)

out and the children loved 

being outside

Then we looked at ideas

for our ZOO ANIMAL COSTUMES

And we got out the ice

we made from the other day

LOTS of friends were trying to

break through the ice to get to the

polar bear,,,

Cecilia was excited to use the 

puppets and brought them over to the ZOO

Yesterday we started making a LONG chain

for a snake....

We started making our 

plans for our

zoo animal costumes...

Hazel wanted to write words

and

also made our

BUTTERFLY HOUSE

Today I really worked on showing

the children HOW to do a sit up

We haven't really gone over since the beginning
of the year. LOTS of friends were saying how hard it is

especially if you keep your feet  on

the ground
