Mrs Helmkamp, is our tech coordinator and 

teaches computer classes to the junior high

kiddos

Aiden was our offering helper

Matthew (who was the light helper) 

did the job of librarian

Charlie was our weather helper

Addie was our prayer leader

Nora was snack manager

So I wrote each suggestion the children gave me

on a huge piece of paper

then each child comes up and writes his/her

name on the idea

he/she wants

Voting encourages the children

*to listen to each other ideas

*get an understanding of going

with the idea that has the most votes

*being disappointed(it

is ok if your idea doesn't win)

*turn taking

*decision making

*patience

*counting

*practice writing

his/her name

*recognizes friends names

being a CHAPEL day

(Chapel is always at 9am which cuts 15 mins off 

our outside time)
