Morning Work
One friends dropped a handful of FALL GEMS
and Colton said, "That's Ok" ! I'll help you!"
SO SWEET!! I then told him to put his name on
the kindnesss chart for being so KIND to his friend!
READY FOR FALL/HALLOWEEN!
Mason was also kind to a friend
by telling someone he liked what
they were wearing! I love it when
my class is kind to one another
Cameron was our Attendance Helper
He told us 1 friend didn't
come to school
and 15 friends did come
Wyatt was our invocation leader
Today we recorded Jesus
Time so you can get a
glimpse of what that part of our day is like
Learning about following the directions and using
SELF TALK to help us remember each step of the direction
Today we role played
Everyone (but one friend)was very excited
We practiced following directions when I teacher asks you
to do something
In this pretend play....
one friend listened the 1st and began putting the blocks away
and used SELF TALK to help remember the directions
the other friend pretended to keep playing and not listen to the teacher
until he/she heard the friend using self talk
"PUT AWAY THE BLOCKS THEN LINE UP!"
then that friend followed the
directions and used self talk to remember what to do
I am sure it is hard to tell from the pictures.....
but I grouped the kiddos that we partnered together...the friend that is the 1st person in each group volunteered to be the friend who listened the 1st time
the friend in the 2nd picture of each group was the friend who did not listen the 1st time
and followed directions after hearing their friend use self talk
This kiddos did an amazing job role playing!!!!!
