It is a lot of fun to write your spell
your name with rocks

And to spell your brothers name

Everyone was very busy during morning
table work time

We talked a little about feelings
looked at pictures of faces and then concentrated on
one feeling.... scared
I asked each kiddo what
they were afraid of...
Most important I told them if when we re scared GOD is always with
them and at school it is the teachers job to help keep them safe!

I will do with this several different emotions
then we will post then together
when we are done

We got to spend time in
rs Stanglein's classroom

So fun exploring a new classroom

Mrs Linneman did chapel today

sitting so quietly for chapel

Charlie was the offering helper today

Heading up to the attic for our safety drill

Sitting as quiet as mice

so proud of everyone

everyone listened and followed
directions and sat very quietly

Charlie saw me start to take a selfie
of us.... and this is how he posed

Sabrina wanted a selfie too!

Time to leave the building and go to our
All School Meet up area

Police to help us cross safely!

WOW!!  Look at this awesome line!

So many students ALL walking in
great lines!!!

We sat on the sidewalk until they knew every student
was accounted for!!

Safety Drills work up in appetite

Apples!
A few kids were concerned the apples were
a little brown.  I made a big deal of trying
the apple slices letting the kids know it would
still taste good......
I heard several kids say,
" Wow, this are still good!"
The kiddos ate all the apples!
YUMMMY

We talked about the letter H today
I started by asking the kiddos
where do you start your letters....
At the top!

I also wanted the kids to
point to the middle

And then the bottom

ANd then the same on hte other side

Making in H takes lots of steps

Then we made H's on the smartboard

Samuel says...
I made SHAPES!

Center Time!!

Sabrina says,
" I made the world and
outer space stuff"

Teegan was our exercise leader
