Below you will see pictures from our
5th grade buddy class.
We read this book together
and did lots of
Dot activities!!!

Morning Work Time

Eddie using big and little
lines to make LETTERS

Lacing Cards

Using Tweezer to pick up
Pom-Poms to form shapes

This activity is great for strengthening
little fingers

This activity is also teaching hand-
eye coordination
as well as math skills
like one to one correspondence and
shape recognition

Play doh was fun this morning
Monroe made me several spicy hot
Japelnoe sandwiches

So much fun using our
large muscles
tricycles and cars

Pea gravel can be a lot of fun too

Roselee was prayer leader

Teegan was the librarian

I love seeing the children
praying

Eddie was snack manager

The kids enjoyed
apples and bananas
for snack

Thank you Samuel
for bringing snack

Lola was invocation leader

We did our day a little out of order
here we are waiting for our 5th grade
 buddies to come

Mrs Cornejo read The Dot
to both classes
while I set up FUN
activities

Super FUN having my daughter be
part of our buddy group

Painting with different
sized DOTS

Creating art from
different colored DOTS

The UNDOT

Using bingo daubers around
a dot that is taped to
the center of the page..... goal is to fill the
page with as much
color as possible. Then when it is dry... take the
center dot off and you are left
with a DOT in the center of the page

I will hang these up around the room, so check them out
the next time you drop off

Marshmallows and straws

testing what kind of
structures we can make

5th grade buddies are so fun

We then spent a few minutes reading with
our buddies

What FUN!!!!

Having an aunt be the 5th grade teacher

SWEET!

We had so much FUN and then only
had about 15 mins left of our day
before cleaning, exercise and prayer time

The kids really wanted
to use the marshmallows and
straws again

Lola says....
LOOK I made a L for
Lola!

Evie made LOTS of
letters

Monroe was very proud of his creation

Cousins playing in
the dramatic play

Samuel was the exercise
leader

SIT-UPS

10 !!!

This is hard work!

waiting for all our
friends to join us on
the carpet for
prayer time

This is the sweetest!

We talk about how our bodies should look
 when we are praying:
hands folded, heads bowed, eyes closed !

Charlie saying thank you Jesus
for....... he listed all his cousins,
mom, dad, grandma and grandpa
