Happy Valentine's Day!!!

We were none stop busy!!!!!

But such a FUN day!!!!

Making cards for our blessing bags!!!

I told the children that we needed one card per bag

so the people we are helping will

know Jesus loves them!!!

After the children made cards they got to spend a few

minutes with morning work activities!!

JESUS TIME:

Teagan was our invocation leader

A quick video to reinforce the amazing story of 

Jesus feeding 5, 000 with only 2 fish and 5

loaves of bread

Then we read LOTS of Valentine stories

while Mrs Larimore took one kiddo at a time to pass out 

Valentines

Charlie was our weather helper

Claire was our prayer leader

Carly was our snack manager

SNACK (PART 1) We had a variety of treats leftover from our bug zoo

so each child could choose 1 treat from the box

So many yummy things to choose from:

goldfish, rainbow goldfish, pretzels

animal crackers or fruit snacks

As the children ate snack, Mrs Larimore set up ALL the wonderful 

Blessing Bag donations!!!

We separated each type of item into groups, then the children could

walk around and put 1 of each item in their bags

PARTY TIME

After snack, I divided the children into 4 groups.

We had 4 activities and we rotated

Making bracelets

Ring Toss and finding the hidden hearts

PLAY DOH

Helping pack the blessing bags

I tried to gets pictures of each group

participating in each activity!!

They really enjoyed hiding the hearts 

and then finding them

MOVIE TIME...... THE CHILDREN LOVED BRINGING THEIR SOFT BLANKETS

PLUS... POPCORN (SNACK PART 2)

We had about 10 mins after the movie ended

so the children go to go to centers

Charlie was excited about his rocket ship!
