Then we talked about why we celebrate 40 days of Lent

Jesus was in the desert for 40 days 

praying and being tempted

How long is 40 days

We walked around and around

our classroom for the

count of "40 days"

Many friends said they were tired after our walk

We also talked about that during Lent we should

think about all the amazing things

Jesus has done for us....

like dying on the cross to save each and 

everyone of us!!!
