13 friends HERE

Foster volunteered to be
our invocation leader

Since we have a 2 day week
we are doing review
So the invocation leader
can chose a new story from
the bible. or one of the stories we already learned..

Foster chose this new story...

We LOVED learning about how
Daniel's faith in God saved him
from the lions. It helps us remember that
God is always with us!!

OUTSIDE

A little chilly BUT so pretty

Mack volunteered to be
our librarian...

She got to chose our story for
story time

this was super cute...

And each page had hidden hearts on it

Charlotte was our
weather helper

SUNNY

Calvin was our
prayer leader

Lincoln was our
snack manager

SNACK

Hand writing without tears

More review...

Today the children went on scavenger hunt
through the classroom

I had enough hidden letters
that everyone got to find one....

Then we came back to the carpet
and each child got to show the
letter he/she found and then
tell us a word that begins
with that letter

Then we had small group

One group played in
dramatic play or sensory table

One group talked about emotions and
feelings with
Mrs Koenen

And one group did LINE ART
with me

We practiced big lines, little lines,
vertical lines, horizontal line and
diagonal lines

Lines are fun to make
and important to know---
they help us form MANY letters
and shapes

then we painted our line art......

I love the way our lie
art is turning out......

we continued switching groups
until each group did each activity

Then we had center time.....

making cards....

Dress up and pretend play
Mack loves to pretend to be a cat

Calvin and Oliver were so
excited to play
with the fire truck

Only a few more friends needed to do
counting assessments

Winston was our
superintendent

Mack was our
yoga instructor

downward dog

Foster was exercise leader

Toe Touches...

Toe touches are WAY more challenging than
you think.... many kiddos have a hard time
crossing over their bodies to touch the opposite toe....
This is really great to practice!!!

Prayer Requests

Ellie was our line leader
And chose
Adios, hippos.....
