Morning Work

I asked the children to sign their names on

this "sign" for our BUG ZOO

Everyone will have their own sign

with the name of their Bug on it too!

Mrs Larimore and Matthew were dressed similar yesterday

and they noticed they are dressed similar again today

OUR BIRTHDAY GIRLS
Nora's birthday is today
Carly's birthday is tomorrow
Brody wanted a picture of his hard work
Look how long he made the unifix cubes

CHAPEL

Teagan was our invocation leader
Today was my turn to led chapel
It was pretty cute watching the children's
reaction to seeing me on ht e
smartboard and standing in the classroom
Someone said, "There are 2 you's!"

Outside

Johnny left a log for Charlie (sweet brothers)

Matthew was cooking

Charlie was looking out the mountain and saw foot prints in the

mud and said,"I see my brothers footprints!"

STORYTIME

Luke, the entomologist
Giving his report... ants are building tunnels (and also some are dying😢😢)
Charlie was excited to be the weather helper

Nora was the prayer leader

Ella was the snack manager

During snack we had a SURPRISE GUEST READER......

Nora's mom read to our class for Nora's birthday!

It worked out great! We can definitely do FaceTime again, if

someone else would like to read for your child's birthday
(or 1/2 birthday)

I held up the laptop so Emily could see the class as she read
Then we watched an episode of Mystery Doug. He had a guest

Entomologist speaking about BUGS!
The class LOVED it!!

Brody was our teacher assistant. He did a great job calling on friends

who had his/her hand up. The children are
enjoying pointing to the letters and asking their  friends what each letter is

Lots of hands up

Brainstorming.......

Ideas how to make our room look like a ZOO and names for our ZOO

BIRTHDAY BAG for our BIRTHDAY GIRLS....

The girls got to play birthday party first in the dramatic play area

Carly and Nora really enjoyed playing with the party stuff

Starting to paint "brick" for the wall a few said we needed for our zoo

Everything written in green is from today

LOTS of ideas today for designing our ZOO
