JESUS TIME
This week we will learn about SIN. First I read the story about
Adam and Eve...... then the children noticed a snake on the next page SO I went ahead
and introduced SIN....
Sin is a tricky concept and I want to introduce it carefully....
We read about the snake and how the snake tricked Eve
into eating the fruit from the forbidden tree and then giving it to Adam.
How this was the first SIN.
We talked about how everyone sins
but that God loves each of us SO
much that he sent His son Jesus
to save us all from sin!
So after we found the cicada wing the children have developed an interest
with INSECTS.... Mrs Haun brought us a (dead) Cicada in a jar.
The children were SO interested in it!!
They passed around the jar and wing
