classifying bugs on the other

Putting bug parts together
Also a counting activity as there are numbers and dots
on each bug part

Teagan also tried out the cutting

Wyatt was interested in ALL the bug activities today
Charlie building his own bug creation
Wyatt wants to create his own bug too

Luke was interesting in the spider web but really

wanted it to hang SO we figured out a way to hang the web
(velcro for the win!)
Pretty happy with our solution

We used velcro to hang it on the  side of the shelf too!
The children enjoyed catching insects in the spiders web

Fun to use loose parts to create your own bug

Matthew really likes counting!!!
Wyatt checking out this bug activity

JESUSU TIME
Invocation

God asked Abraham to leave his home and travel to a new land

who talked about how that was probably scary for Abraham and his wife Sarah
But Abraham loved God and was very faithful.
God made a promise to Abraham
and we already know God always keeps his promises

We then talked about what kinds of things makes us feel scared

( I forgot to take a picture of their replies.)
YOGA

Tree Pose

OUTSIDE
I brought the plastic bugs out again today and the children

ran around and hide them theirselves
They had a BLAST!!!!!

Everyone pretty much hide and found insects the entire playground time
