What a BUSY day!!!

Today was an exciting day full

of FIRSTS(assembly and carnival)

A WHOLE school assembly!!!

I talked to the children

about what an assembly is

and what to expect....

LOTS and LOTS of

people

They did great and it was SO fun!

It was really exciting to be with

the whole school

We got front row seats

Mr Maddick, a 4th grade

teacher, led us

in song and a devotion

a little blurry

BUT Boomer,

our school mascot,

was also there today

The cheerleaders performed

Boomer came around and shook

hands

a few friends were a little

taken aback by Boomer

BUT he is so friendly and did a great

job with the littles...by the end

EVERYONE LOVED boomer

Mr Marolf, our

assistant principle and

athletic director,

introduced Boomer

The cheerleaders formed a tunnel

for the student to walk under

HOW SPECIAL!

Awww I got to see my daughter

after the assembly!!

That was VERY special!!

We came back for a very short time

before the carnival

Claire was weather helper

Teddy was prayer leader

Lincoln was snack manager

SNACK .... for about 6 mins...then we left

everything on the

table and went to the carnival

SO many FUN

activities.....

Student Council did 

a GREAT job!!

and keep the balloon off the ground

really enjoyed it!

At one point everyone had a 

buddy or 2 they were playing with

It was a happy buzz in the room

Everyone was so engaged

in play!!!

class invited us over

to celebrate his birthday

both his parents came

and we got to eat Oreos

and listen to one

of Teddy's favorite stories 

And play a game
