Jesus time
We learn about Miracles!!!
I asked the children
What is a miracle??
This started a great conversation
BUT also brought up
magic.......
I told the children to
listen to the story
and then we would talk more
This story was about a man who wasn't able to walk
the man's friends cared for him and wanted to
bring him to Jesus
because they had heard
HE can heal people.
It was SO crowded where Jesus was
that the men cut a hole
in the roof and lowered
the man down to Jesus
Jesus saw the love his friend had for
him and saw the FAITH
the men had in Jesus and
healed the man!!
This was a miracle!!!
I explain to the children that magic
and miracles are different.
Magic makes your eyes believe something
that isn't real...even though it looks real
A miracle is REAL.... Jesus really healed
this man!!!
