can tell he is angry

His face...his eyes...his hands, etc...

Then we talked about what to do 

if we feel angry

Lots of friends suggested deep breathes

Cecilia shared a song

from Daniel Tiger

was perfect for teaching you to calm your

 body when you are angry

And we also talked about 

putting your hand on your tummy

and telling your body to stop

then say ... I feel(angry)

and then take belly breathes

(in through your nose....out through

your mouth)

I thought based on seeing the temp

it would be cold out BUT with the sun shining

it felt nice. The children LOVED running around

and pour stopping when cup

is filled half way.....

Everyone was SO excited

to do this!!
