Morning Work Time

The children are really enjoying the play doh,
tree branches, buttons and paper clips

Putting the buttons on the paperclips is great
fine motor work

Geo Boards are also a great motor
activity

Travis wanted to take a picture of his lines

Colbie wanted me to take a picture of
what she made with the gems

The boys enjoying the writing
center this morning

Dominic was proud of his work with
 the geo boards

Samuel volunteered to be the
invocation leader

Jesus Time
We learned that God asked Moses to have
HIS people build tabernacles

On the  smart board we looked at pictures
of what the tabernacles might have looked like

We learned that the tabernacles were
like tents and were mobile

I brought in a little tent from my home
for the children to pretend play
during center time

Next we did the letter Z
we practiced air writing it
first

Then everyone got a chance to
write it on the smart board

Enjoying this beautiful weather

Dominic and Monroe having
fun it the balloon over

Great balancing

The outdoor kitchen is SO much fun

Ryan was VERY busy cooking
with grass, water and other
things from outside

is under the bridge

Jace happy to have a turn with the balloon

Team Work

After snack we did
a little dancing

CENTER TIME:

The tent(tabernacle)
was a popular choice today

Fall Tree Observations:

First we  talked about what the
summer trees looked like
then we looked at pictures
on the smart board
of what the fall trees
look like

Each child got to choose any
3 colors they wanted to bring with them
to draw their Fall tree

Starting to work on self portraits
by looking at ourselves in the mirror

Several times today the children told
me they were being
Called To Care...

I got a picture of this one

Samuel spill some art supplies
and this girls offered to help him clean
it all up 💕💕💕

In the tabernacle

Lola working on her self portrait

Lots of fun with blocks and stuffed
animals

These boys told me they
are carrying their babies
in a baby carrier

Roselee working on her self portrait

Monroe looking in the mirror
and then drawing his self portrait

Jace was the exercise leader

Jumping Jacks

Jace asked us to do 10
jumping jacks

Clean up time took us longer than usual

So for prayer I talked to the kids about
saying a pray in their heads...
I explain that God already knows what we
want to pray so sometimes we
don't even need to speak the words
we can just think it!

I said a short prayer and then told the kids I
was going to give us all a little time
to think the prayers in our heads

Such a great job... bowing our heads, folding our hands
and praying in our heads
