Morning Work

Hank and Monroe were working
on cards to give to friends

Eddie started his morning at play doh

Dominic really enjoys puzzles

Brody had fun with the match and cover game

Colbie had fun with the puzzles this morning too

Ryan also choose to do puzzles first

Brody was proud of himself
He matched and covered the entire page
of numbers

Colbie was SO excited to have her grandma
be her guest reader

Jesus Time and Second Steps

Jesus Time we reviewed the Story of Ruth and Naomi...

These kids are amazing!!!
They could retell most of the story!

During Second Steps we
had our puppets act out different scenarios
For example
Rosetta was skipping and bumped into JJ
causing him to ruin his artwork

Was that an accident?
what exactly is an accident?
And then what should we do to
help ?

The class had great problem solving skills

Then JJ and Rosetta pretend to be in line and
Rosetta was walking too slow for JJ
so he pushed her....

Was that an accident???
What should have JJ done instead of pushing?

Again the class had great answer to solve this problem

This class loves to ACT!!😊
We reenacted several different
scenarios

We practiced what words to use and how to make someone
feel better if we accidentally hurt them

So much fun a what a great way to learn

The kids did great

I wasn't sure if we would BUT we did get
in some outside time!!!

We had so much FUN outside
everyone worked up an appetite
and a thirst!!

LOTS of milk got drank today
