Creating a
sign with just  arctic animals....
Next week we are going to start talking
about a new group of animals..

and will make a sign for each group
of animals
we learn about
Quite a few people
asked if we could do
ZOO ANIMALS
and Abidaan asked if we could take
a field trip to the ZOO!!
We don't take the traditional type
of field trips but maybe we could meet there
one day!!!
That wouldbe so fun!

Today we celebrated JACOB!!!
Jacob's mom came and read to our

our friends birthdays

The class absolutely LOVED
this book

SPECIAL ART

CRAYON MELT

I use a hot plate and with careful instructions
I show the children how to
use it to melt the crayon and
"paint"--
it is warm to the touch but not enough to burn
us, but I still instruct the children to only
touch on the handle

a few children decided
they wanted to wear gloves to
do the crayon melting..

we were painting
ALLELUIAS

Jacob so proud of his creation
Fishing

it take patience, hand eye coordination
strength in your arm to hold it up
coloring certain parts......
BUT it is so worth it...
looks so beautiful when it is done

I think this is Jacob's new
favorite job!!

superintendent

Charlie was
yoga instructor

Harrison was line leader and chose
Hit the road, toad!
