A tisket, A Tasket

I have a basket....

I asked the children to guess 

what was inside my basket...

Many remember the story

we are learning about

so they guessed a baby!!

the first few things I pulled out of my basket:

baby wipes

a bottle

a diaper bag

then of course the actual baby doll and baby blanket

BUT I asked the children what is one more thing

that could help care for a baby that I have

in front of me...

THE BASKET

Our bible story a BASKET

was a very important thing that helped

care for Moses!!

We retold the story of Moses

and then thanked GOD for

giving us people and things to help

care for us!!

Today's helpers....

A few of us delivered mail

to Mrs Mudd's class..

Her class wrote us a letter last week so we 

wrote her class a letter back

Our class really enjoyed it and we talked 

a lot about being kind!

BRAINSTORMING

a few friends that don't come

on Tuesdays got to 

do the science experiment from yesterday

others went right to centers....

and a few did 2nd steps

today was sadness

each child had their own paper

they each made a prediction and

marked it on their paper:

 actually happened

we talked about if the object is

HEAVY it will sink....

Camden and Levi got to do the

 experiment as well

OK so we narrowed down our voting choices...

for our "class Pet"

our puppy stuffed animal 

Unicorn, Toby, Witch, Skelton no bro and Little Puppy

the children are enjoying the

so far theses 2 are in the lead...

we were SO busy and

 had SO MUCH FUN...
