This is a sorting game as well

as developing fine motors skills

Picking up small beads and pushing

them through a small hole

strengthen little fingers

Rowen likes to color

I found a board that is magnetic

And these boys were enjoying making up

math problems...

like how many ways can we make 15

so they say a 7 and a 7 and a 1 equal 15

and then say 

3 plus 3 plus 9 is 15

and so on.......

A few play doh friends

Samuel was interested in

the dress up magnetic dolls

Abidaan colored but was also

interested in the math problems

Ben and Luke were creating....

Abidaan said

2x2=4 and so does 2+2

EVERYONE came to school today!!

12 friends on Fridays

Arwen volunteered to be

our invocation leader

And Lenten Devotion helper

We continued learning about

Bartimaeus .....

His strong faith in Jesus

helped heal him

we talked about what it might

 be like to be blind like

Bartimaeus ....

we talked about how God gave us 5 senses

and when one doesn't work we use our other

senses to learn and figure things out

I put an object in this

bag and we each got a turm

putting our hands in and using our sense

 of touch to decide what it was

WE DID NOT USE OUR SENSE

 OF SIGHT AT ALL

we also talked about how after you

have had a turn to NOT tell what you

think it is

until everyone has had

a turn

amazing self control

for the children to not

SHARE what they felt!!

everyone was eager to have a turn

we then described what we felt...

no one exactly said what it was but they were close

to help the ramps go from shelf to shelf without

falling down
