I gave each child a heart
as I retold the story of Zacchaeus and
we talked about sin
we crumbled our paper
hearts as talked about how when we sin
our hearts are like this crumbled heart....
Jesus loved Zacchaeus
and he loves us too
EVEN when we sin...
With Jesus our hearts are
made new again... free of sin!!
I gave each child a new heart to
bring home thats says
Jesus LOVES you
YOU'RE FORGIVEN
Today's helpers......
This week we have been in
school 100 days....
So Student Council planned
a 100 day activity for the entire
school
Hid BOBCATS in everyone's classroom
we searched and funny things is
these bobcats were hidden in our
room yesterday and we didn't find them...
Then we added it to the
graph...
once al bobcats have been found
there will be 100!
Next we played outside
I noticed this group of friends sitting together
I walked over and asked what
they were talking about
One friend said we are just talking about
stuff and then Lucas added...
we are talking about
old man stuff..

and
1 big curve to make the D
After we all had our

we sang
Where do you start your letters....
AT THE TOP!!
and then we traced our
fingers over the
pieces to learn how
to form the D correctly

Oliver completely independently
got out the ABC puzzle and
spelled out this....

He knew he didn't have all the correct letters

Mrs Koenen suggested he
write the letters he needed on
paper and then cut them out
