Mason showing us his lego

creation!!!

The children love to create with the
legos and the magnetic blocks!!
They build amazing things!!
They LOVE to safe their work
and come back to it later.
It is great to allow the children to continue their creativity over days.
We do have a shelf for just that but it was
starting to become a problem when
so many things were "saved" we didn't
have more blocks to build with or 1 person
saved something and never went back to work on it!

We started a new rule that
creations can be saved if we have school t
he next day. Therefore, mostly on Fridays, but since there
is no school tomorrow, I asked that everything get put away.

Many wanted pictures to remember their creations!!

Charlie's creation with magnetic blocks

many friends have joined him this

week working on it!!

Front and back of Wyatt's creation
Wyatt's snack(Tic Tac Toe Fruit Snacks)
 reminded him of our

Tic Tac Toe boards
and he asked if we could play
Tic Tac Toe during center time

*** BTW: the lids to the applesauce
pouches make great "markers"
for Tic Tac Toe
