Morning Work

I had a huge container of

beads I needed sorting....

Hannah spent a LONG

time sorting

We are starting to prepare for LENT:

These letters will spell a special word

Today the children just colored them

Any guesses what it will SPELL??

Claire came and helped Hannah sort

Wyatt got all the blocks to tumble

even with a curve!!!

as we are preparing for Lent we talked

a little about the Trinity

when apart there

are 3 separate parts!

parts to GOD but only 1

GOD!!!

Our Jobs for today:

OUTSIDE TIME!!!

we found many places that still

had snow and ice

and water and mud!!

Ice Skating, anyone???

A huge section of just ICE!!!!

The children enjoyed the ice

quite a bit and learned a little about

just how slippery ice can be when we walk across it!

STORY TIME

Today we finished this book from last week

it is a little long BUT so much fun!!!

Hazel was our weather helper

Colton volunteered to be

our prayer leader

Hannah was our snack manager

Wyatt was our teacher assistant

NEXT we did SMALL GROUP work

1 group got to use legos and dominos

One group got to work with

Mrs Koenen... learning about Alleluia 

and lent beginning

And one group got to work

with my on What we love about 

our grandparents

after about 6-7 mins 

we rotated groups

so everyone got to do each group

CENTER TIME

Aiden worked a long time

on his house,,, changing the roof

(he said so that the rain doesn't come in)

before it got put away
