We looked closely at this picture

and talked about how we thought this girl was feeling

We told a little story about her. She was having trouble tying her shoes.

She ended up feeling so FRUSTRATED she took off her

shoe and threw it!

We talked about ways to help us calm down and

many friends suggested

THEN some friends made a

frustrated face for me....

Since it was SO wet outside we went to 

the commons to run around
