We read the story of Mary and Martha(sisters) 

OUTSIDE TIME

The sun was a little deceiving today

Pretty but still cold out

and muddy

But having lots of fun!

STORY TIME

we read a book about the SOLAR SYSTEM

Then we brainstormed ideas of things we want to learn about

Claire noticed as soon as she walked in today that we didn't

have any days on the weather chart... great observation

I asked the class if they knew why there were no

squares on the weather chart today...

A few guessed because it is a new week then someone said

it was because it is a new month

YES!!  Today is the 1st day of March!!

Laura asked to start center time by reading a 

book she wanted to read from earlier in the day

*** not pictured but also during center time, Mrs Larimore worked

with children to paint hand prints to decorate our bulletin board

and I recorded children making a message to their grandparents
