MORNING WORK

                                 Leo was excited to be the 1 st          Luke was so excited to get to 

                                 to school today                                  school and start playing magnets

                                  Ella chose to color first

us he was chopping them down for fire wood

Story Time

A cute Dr Seuss Planet book

Brody was Librarian and we read one of Nora's books

she is sharing with us, so Brody put the book back

in the cubby we are using to keep Nora's books together

Luke was weather helper

Charlie was prayer leader

Matthew was snack manager

CENTER TIME

The sensory table.... filled with black beans

The glitter stars just shimmer( not so 

much for the picture though)... very cool!

Sensory Table was a popular center today!

OUR PLANETARIUM

This was also a popular center

our planetarium is under the table

we used flashlights to shine

them on our stars

Matthew worked at lego table the whole center time

besides for 1 break when I asked him to do 

something for me

Today we worked on the covers

these kiddos were enjoying it so 

much I only got to a few kids

I told them the covers tell what the story is going to be about...

They are did such excellent jobs

we are learning that the person

who draws the pictures for the book is called the illustrator

the person who writes the story is the author

We get to be both

the author and illustrator

WOW!!! Matthew created a space station

Laura made each planet and wanted

to write the planets name..so she is looking at a book

to show her how to spell each planet

Charlie put the pens he was using in his

pocket...made for easy access!
