Morning Work

A few new items out

The children are still
emjoying sorting the mail

We had to put up a new kindness chart..
we keep filling up the
charts.......
This class really enjoys helping
each other
Ryan was excited to put her name on the chart

Today we started yoga
I made a chart with 5 different
yoga poses...

We are going to try adding a little yoga time
to our Morning Carpet Time

Jesus Time...
I told a story using the flannel board

I told the children that sometime when Jesus was
preaching he told
"PARABLES"
I explained that parables is a story
that teaches a lesson

I'm curious if anyone will go home
and tell you that they learned a new word...
The parable was of the Good Samaritan

OUTSIDE TIME...

The kids were super curious
some were nervous to try it
But 2 of the children REALLY
loved it and asked for more..

I showed 3 items that all start with the same
letter for clues to our new letter
baby, bread, book

Everyone knew it was B

And so many friends had B words to share

Even after I thought we were done
more friends kept telling me more words
GREAT JOB!!!
The kids love this time of day

I showed the children pictures of snowflakes
and talked about how each
snowflake is different
That there are no 2 snowflakes exactly
alike.....
Just like US!
God made us all unique

We sang a Jennie Williamson song
