The magnetics were a BIG
hit this morning

Trente spent a long time sorting

We YouTubed
How the mail gets delivered

Then we brainstormed and talked about
things we wonder about with the
mail

Next was Jesus Time

we acted out the story of the 1o
lepers

The children had dot
stickers and placed them all over

Eddie played the part of
Jesus

Only 1 of the 10 men who were healed
returned to say thank you

The rest just went on and
forgot to say thank you

For outside Time
we were trying to decide commons
or play in the classrooms SO
we voted.......

more kids wanted to go to the commons

BUT whe we walked over and say how many
friends had boots.... I gave them a new option

5 came to the commons with me

Snack Time
Today we had only 11 friends
with only 3 girls

Next we used
glue ,liquid starch and glitter

after a few minutes some of the children
realized we were making
slime

We continued with the letter Q

A few friends got to do the
science experiment today

waiting patiently for me to get
all the supplies out

These 2 were excited to play with the
slime first

Last week we made
gingerbread cookie

Today we got
to look at and feel them and then
predict what will happen when
a gingerbread cookie gets wet

At first he floated

Then as the water started to
cover his body

He sank

Carly had so much fun sending letters
through the mail slot to her
friends in Mrs Stanglein's
class....
They also sent letters back

Charlie has been wanting
all morning to "create"

He told me he
wanted to make a giraffe
for his dog

A few kids still needed to work
on their gingerbread graph
