CHAPEL:

Mrs Reed, one of our Kindergarten teachers,

led chapel today

She does such an amazing job

connecting with the whole group...

She brought lots of PROPS

and engaged the children

by having them help retell

the PALM SUNDAY STORY

The class is getting really good singing along

with naming the letter and the SOUND

PALM PARADE!

we practiced a HOSANNA song

As we walked we waved our branches

(the kids found their sticks and cut out

their "palms" to create our

palm branches earlier in the month)

we waved our branches and said

HOSANNA

Glory to God in the highest!

we waved, walked and sang praises

after we sang to the church office

we walked to Simons mom's classroom

They were not back from playground

so one of our older grades were having

music class --they played the drums

for us..then we sang to them

Then Mrs Abney's class arrived

and we sang to them

Last we went to Mrs McKee's class

( Zoey's mom)

we have LOTS of siblings

in this class....

so we sang and gave our

siblings HUGS

And a bonus surprise

Harrison's uncle works at our school

in the lunchroom and

Harrison got to give him a

BIG hug!!

On the way back

I heard SO many....

THIS WAS SO FUN!!!

So many friends worked

hard to make our yard look so nice

the children are also enjoying

because we know our yoga postures so

well I thought it would be fun to add

This week we have gone around the circle

and they children can chose to say a
