Today's Helpers
outside time
only a little chilly
I asked the children to look to see if they were wearing
LONG sleeves or SHORT
sleeves. If  short sleeves I suggested bringing their jacket
just in case....
I let the children with short sleeves chose whether
they wanted a jacket
MOST of the time once the children
start running they warm up quickly

Selah and Abikriti were chilly at first
Once they started playing
they warmed up

Selah was our librarian

The book she chose

Luke was weather helper

Levi prayer leader

Olivia was snack manager

CENTER TIME

AND WORK IN THE PINEYARD TIME

We started with friends who were
not here yesterday

LOTS of raking
and adding to the yard bags

I came in to switch groups and take
a few pictures of center time

The children are enjoying the lego

New group

the PINEYARD is
looking so much nicer

Came in to switch groups again

JJ making his flowers for our
"planter/flower  boxes"

They look so pretty
We started to talk about how bees are attracted to flowers
and maybe we could also see birds in a garden

SO I thought it would be FUN and so
COOL to observe some birds...
Does anyone already have a bird feeder
that suction cups to
a window?? One we could borrow for a little bit?
I am sure I can maybe find them on
Amazon as well..but thought I woud ask the families first

we have 2 BIG planters
(from several years ago)

in front of the Sonshine

as well as our
beautiful wooden planters in front of school

that I thought we could plant in....

The 2 round ones I though we could

move to the pineyard

We tried to move this BIG one, but it was too heavy
But this group and I were able to
carry this smaller one

Abikriti was our
superintendent

JJ was exercise leader
arm circles

Harrison was yoga instructor

I tried to entice Harrison with
NEW YOGA postures...
he enjoyed looking through this bag
during morning work time BUT still
chose
downward dog
(his favorite pose)

Lyla was line leader
and chose
