Today's helpers

I talked to the class before we went outside

about our Pineyard.

I have not used it much this year and didn't

know what kind of condition it is in. It kind of became

a "catch all for random stuff"

But a few friends said they wanted to learn about

spring, gardening and flowers ....

so I suggested we go outside and maybe

do a little cleaning so we coud 

maybe plant something.. I just wanted to see if there

was real interest!!!

This is exactly the interest I have

 been waiting for all week !!

Everyone was eager to help

clear away old and broken toys..

team work to move the old kitchen

picking up big sticks to

put into garden bags for recycling

picking up the pine conse that had been thrown 

all around..

we have a few buckets for pinecones

and rocks,,,

so many friends working together

for A LONG TIME!!

also enjoying digging

They had so much FUN in the Pineyard today

and were excited to brainstorm ideas of what we can do

in the Pineyard(see list below)

a friend fell and JJ immediately

 took care of her

We probably spent 40 mins outside

and everyone was still engaged

and having fun!!
