OUTSIDE

YAY!!  We got to play outside!!
I was worried that it would be raining all day
but it wasn't too bad, just windy!!

Ellie loves the collender
she shifts the wood chips/dirt
to just have a bowl of dirt..

everyone loves just to have DIRT
with no wood chips mixed in..

We had another
SPECIAL visitor

Ms Steinbacher brought us some
Ashes to show us what it will look like
tomorrow
she explained that the ashes will NOT
burn us and even let us touch
the bottom of the bowl to feel
 that it isn't hot

she showed us what the cross will look
like.. we can have it on our hands
or forehead

Otto was librarian

SELF PORTRAITS
We looked in mirrors to determine
what color our eyes, hair,
skin tone

we have special skin tone colored pencils

it is fun to watch the kids look in the
mirror and decide what colors to use

I also asked the children to look at what
color their clothing is and to
make their person with same color clothes

Otto made his ghost buster
t-shirt(and his curly hair)💚

even when they don't say the words out loud...

I just think this is the sweetest picture of your
 children praying

Ella was line leader and got
to chose the
goodbye rhyme
she wanted to do it with her eyes closed

😂😂😂
but then did NOT want the
one she grabbed with her eyes closed

SO she looked the next time

Which Abidaan liked because it is the
