and when we read from the bible we
learned what happened when John baptized
Jesus...
There was a dove and a voice
that said,
"This is my son whom I am well
pleased with...."
we talked about how JESUS IS GOD
and also the Holy Spirit...
There are 3 parts but only 1 God..
ALL 3 parts were present at Jesus' baptism
God the Father (the voice)
God the son ( Jesus)
God the Holy Spirit ( Dove)
Eleanor and Calvin are letting us
borrow this baptism set for
a few days!!!
We talked about how some
of us were baptized as babies..
and got to share pictures..
please feel free to continue to email
the pictures to me... (or pictures from your own or someone else
in your family)
we will share them ALL.
The children LOVED to look at each others
pictures...
I know that in some of your churches, you baptize your children
as they get a little older.. if anyone wants to share
info about that with our class
PLEASE let me know... I think they would like to learn about it
