Morning Work

Ben was attendance helper

1 friend not at school

10 friends at school

Maisie volunteered to 

be our Invocation Leader

We worked on this 

house yesterday and talked about

how we are a school family

and families take care of 

each other

We have been thinking of ideas

or ways we can take care of our

school families

I cut out what they said and

put it in our HOUSE.

while thinking of ways we can take care of each other

someone started talking about

things that make them mad.....

SO we talked about ways to calm our bodies

we practiced belly breathes

put your hand on your belly

breathe in through your nose

and out through your mouth

we did this several times

and also talked about how we can do this

if you are scared

worried

disappointed, etc....

We also brainstormed ideas

for a name for our school family

after all friends have had

a chance to give a name suggestion

we will VOTE

YOGA

Maisie's job today was

yoga instructor

She choose OWL POSE

The jobs our friends chose

OUTSIDE

A few friends were trying to move the tires and I heard Austin

tell someone else---I will be right back-----

I am going to get someone to help us!!

Ben and Luke said we will help...

and they ran over....

Then I heard one the children say

This is easy work when we all work together!!!

I LOVE IT!!!!

Our flowers NEEDED water!!!

So as a class we found

cups from our recycling and each

child filled their own cup and came outside

and gave our flowers a drink

much I left it on as a

Children can get a tray 

and then ask one of the teachers to help

them get their loose parts....
