Morning Work
The children love morning work time
so many fun things to chose from
Learning to make choices the children are excited to choose a job in the morning
I encourage the children to try a job they have never done before
I put stickers out this morning.... stickers are such a simple way to develop fine motors skills
Morning Meeting
The children are getting SO good at raising their hands
when they want to share a story
SECOND STEPS:
Jay J was feeling nervous because it was his 1st day in our classroom.
I asked each of the children to come over and introduce themselves to Jay J
I was SO impressed with how well everyone did!!!!
Jesus Time:
A few more pages in this book today
This book teaches us that God loves us SO much that he
sent His son Jesus to us!
The book talk a little bit about the miracles Jesus perform while here on earth.
Which led to a discussion about MAGIC!
I explained to the class that magic was pretend... not real... fiction.
Sometime magicians perform tricks that look real, but
Jesus performs MIRACLES. Miracles are REAL!!!
Jesus really did walk on water, heal sick people and so
much more!!!
This is great conversations starters..... maybe ask your child about magic VS miracles.
It is a hard concept and one in which I know we will learn more about!
Lining up to go outside... Teagan was our line leader today
Caroline was our door holder
Tristan was our gate keeper
After recess we have a chance to read stories as our friends wash their hands
Today we shared our ALL ABOUT ME PAGE!! The children were so excited to show off their page. It was really cute!

Ella was our weather helper
Brody was our prayer leader ( he thought he was choosing weather helper and was a little
sad. But I told him since he comes tomorrow he can be the weather helper then,)
And since we did not have a snack manager, I asked him to do that job too!! So he was happy to get to do both
