FOR THE WEEK...

Magna doodles

with LINES!!

OK since the children voted to learn more

about Unicorns, mermaids

and princesses.....

I tried to make some games

This ones is a 

TEN FRAME

it has a picture of a mermaid,

Unicorn or prince/princess

on each one with a number

the children count out beautiful

 gems to match the number

-this encourages number recognition

-counting

-one to one correspondence

practicing making the letters we

have learned so far

and also

just practicing making LINES!!

Roll a Number

How many unicorn horns?

Roll the die and then whatever number you roll

add that many unicorn horns

to the correct box/unicorn

We said a little poem

I would say something that the sneaky snake might tempt the children

and then they make a cross and say: SHOO Satan, SHOO satan

And ask God to forgive us....
