Jesus appears on the shore where a few disciples

were fishing... they had fished all night

and caught nothing

The man on the shore (Jesus) called out

have you caught anything?

The disciples said NO

(and didn't recognize the man)

then the man called out again and 

said throw the net on your other side....

 The disciples did and caught

SO MANY fish they could barely 

lift the net!!

Peter knew immediately that it was JESUS

So he jumped off the boat

and swam to Jesus

They ate together and

Jesus asked Peter 3 times

if he loved HIM....

Peter said YES, You know that I do...

Jesus also told Peter to 

FEED MY SHEEP

The reason Jesus asked 3 times was Peter

denied Jesus 3 times after the guards had taken Jesus away!

We also talked about what

FEED MY SHEEP

means: to take care of HIS people

we will have a new job.....

Entomologist..... person who studies insects 

each day one friend can chose to put their name on this sign

and then we will take time before going outside to observe

our chrysalis...

then the entomologist will make a day

off our charts and we are going to count how

many days our caterpillars our

in their chrysalis
