The children are LOVING these beads

The top half of the picture is filled with

different snowflakes.... then on bottom

of picture is a graph... to one side is a picture of each snowflake...

the children count how many of each snowflake and mark it on the 

graph... we then talked about things like greater

or less than.......

SECOND STEPS

we had a new card to look at this week

2 friends with 2 different pictures

In one the girl is very sad

the 2nd..both children are very happy

we talked about what we thought was happening and

really looked at each child's face

to see how they were feeling.

As I was reading, one of the children

raised his hand and said,

When we finish this book can we read it all again? I think I really

like this book!!!

And YES, we definitely can read the bible

over and over

We learn about Jesus'

1st miracle. We talked about what a miracle is

and that miracles come from GOD!

A few kiddos said MIRACLES were like MAGIC!

I explain that magic is pretending. The person doing magic 

is trying to make you believe something that is just 

PRETEND or tricking you.

MIRACLES are TRUE and only from

GOD

Hard concept but we will some time over next 2 weeks

learning about some of Jesus'

miracles!!!

So happy to get

a little outside time!!! 

Next few days look pretty cold,

but maybe at end of week we will get back outside!

snowflake to be hung up in the commons
