JESUS TIME was led by

 Ms Steinbacher

we didn't have an invocation leader today

SO the whole class volunteered to led

invocation

and Ms Steinbacher

did the response!

we have gotten really good

at saying the invocation!

She showed us a cool ball that was also a

globe. She showed us where we live

and where Phillip (the person from our story)

lived Phillip was in a country called Ethiopia!

That is pretty far away from us!

Jesus told HIS disciples

to 

GO and Make Disciples out of  others

Ms Steinbacher showed us a special

bible she had when she was in China

She read to us from it, but we couldn't understand

what she said, even though she said it was a story

we knew.....

She explained to us..that is what it was like

for the disciples...

not everyone spoke the same language

BUT God was with them and made it

possible for them to

teach others about Jesus

no matter what.

She then read us in English

the same passage as before

(so we could understand)

she reminded us that the money we have brought

ALL year for chapel offerings is going to 

BIBLE TRANSLATE

We have done an amazing job

Our school has brought in MORE

than what we pledged!!

We are helping people in 

Tanzania be able to HEAR/READ

God's word in their own language!

Great Job

and what an amazing

gift our school is helping provide

for people from across the world!

and it was going SO fast I was afraid

it would roll right over one of them---however

they weren't worried, but they did switched to a smaller

one to make me happy)

are doing great...

we are hoping to observe them

that they use to suck liquid nectar from flowers
