Our caterpillars have ALL built their

chrysalis 

we will have a NEW job for the next few weeks as we

observe our caterpillars.........

We place the chrysalis in the butterfly house...

Our new job is an

Entomologist!

A person who studies insects......

Our Entomologist will observe our caterpillars, record what is happening

and help with our count(we have learned it should take about 14 days

to become a butterfly)

house. We had 1 chrysalis fall onto the bottom

so I put gloves on to scoop it out and 

place it in our butterfly house

OUTSIDE

MAGIC SHOW!!!!

The magician asked for a 

teacher volunteer......

no one was volunteering SO 

I stepped out of my comfort zone

and volunteered!!!

The children had a blast!!!

He even asked for student

volunteers... brave Nora

volunteered 

This is also the trick everyone

 gets to bring home

(should be in everyones back pack)

Today is also secretary appreciation

day!!!!!

SO we delivered goodies to our

secretaries and sang as well!!!

Mrs Adams is our church secretary

Cecilia brought 15 flowers!!!

We had SUCH a BUSY and 

FUN day!!!!! 

It flew by.....

not much time for centers....

so I gave the children a choice to 

play in the pineyard or go to centers.

Mrs Koenen took some friends outside

and the rest chose centers!!

this class is SO Sweet and everyone was SO

concerned when Bria fell outside

and it made her so sad

The children did not want to see her cry 

and everyone

kept praying for her!!
