Ben started his morning with

and Luke started with the

Luke was teacher assistant today

So when planning the JOY PARTY

s few friends wanted Jello with

gummy worms.... BUT I

just thought that would be a lot to buy or make

for everyone SO

I decided to make it with the kids to have with 

our snack on Mon/Tues......

We first made predictions

of what would happen to the powder

when HOT water got added to it

Lots of great thoughts

The powder (melted) dissolved..

then we made up enough dixie cups for 

Mon and Tues

a few friends needed

to finish decorating

their gift for

their loved one

coming to the JOY Party

glitter

SO FUN!!!

At one point everyone ended up

in Dramatic Play together

I discovered Luke 

REALLY likes glitter

or at least shaking the glitter

out!!!

*** make the holes a little small and then it

is a little bit of work

to get the glitter out...

BUT everyone

said they were 

enjoying it...

Claire is "playing" scared

and Hazel is comforting her..

everyone was very happily engaging in

a large group play

which is great to have the children

organize play completely on

their own
