Invocation Leader

we did NOT have an invocation leader today

and so many friends raised 

their hands to volunteer

I asked several to lead the group

Then we practiced our Advent Song with

the hand motions

Then Mrs Cooper's class came

over and we practiced

OUTSIDE TIME

The children were 

putting on "shows" on the stage

Nora was happy to be on the playground 

today with her sister....

showering her with hugs!!!

CHAPEL

Mrs Mudd

led us today and talked

to us about being 

thankful for what we have

she went through her bag and found

an empty soda bottle, old battery and an

 old shoe string

we can even find ways to be thankful for

things that don't seem 

like much..we can reuse them for something

Mrs Cooper's class .... practiced our

Advent song again

CENTER TIME

A few friends still needed

to do their math

and name activity

I gave each child his/her

name card....

asked them to count how many letters 

are in his/her name

then count out that many apples(one for each

letter in his/her name)

then we glued the apples

on the paper that had his/her picture

Hayden loves this

we cleaned out the sensory table

then added the beads we have been 

working so hard to separate!
