MORNING WORK
Coloring
Exploring the life cycle of a
caterpillar
Hazel, Wyatt and Jemma
enjoying the caterpillar/butterfly
board game
Cameron and Mason
checking out the cool puzzle
The "BUG NET" has a magnetic
at the end so you can "catch"
the insects!
Colton and Matthew having
fun building
with the dominoes
Today was the last day for our
entomologist job!!!
Nathaniel drawing his finding
on our butterflies!
Carson was our botanist
Our peppers are doing great
Our botanist who came to visit
told us it might take 84 days before who are
able to see the vegetable
start to grow
They have loved watching
the butterflies......
I think for next year I am going to look
into a better habitat
Mrs Stanglein has one that is clear all the way around
and much easier to see what
the butterflies are doing
But the class still
really enjoyed this!
The children love sitting on
this green bumpy chair
It has become "first come, first serve"
and for the most part this system has worked well.
Yesterday one of the children had the idea
of "sharing" this seat. Yesterday and today that
has worked out!
Wyatt got the seat first and Charlie asked if he
could share it and Wyatt said, "SURE"
Pretty sweet!
Jemma was our attendance helper
