Morning Work

Addie is our entomologist and gets

studying our peppers

WOW!!! Even more sprouts!!!

OUR broccoli, cabbage and kale are really

 taking off too!!

At each station we learned a little bit

about Jesus dying on the cross

to safe us from sin

we got hearts that we drew crosses on

Then at the last station we got

a nail... to remind us that Jesus died

on the cross for US!!

He loves us SO SO MUCH!!

CENTER TIME

I have been encouraging the children to choose new areas/centers

A huge group of children only want to use the magnets

and legos...which is great BUT also

I want them to explore new areas

SO for the first 15 mins...

Magnetic Blocks and Lego were closed

The children love using this chair for

all sorts of different things

cat houses, forts, etc..

Jelly Bean Prayer for friends 

not here yesterday!

BUT>>>> as soon as those 15 mins were up

Many were excited to go build and create!

Again, I do love their creativity

I just want to encourage other centers as well

And many friends wanted pictures of their creations

Especially at the end of the week....

Usually Fridays (but whenever the week is over)

we take apart all our creations SO we can start

new the following week and someone else

has an opportunity to build with pieces that maybe

were being saved all week!!
